On 26 July 2017, COBIMET offered a workshop on how to use the various tools available in the Virtual Library to facilitate research. The activity was attended by six (6) employees from the library of the Universidad Carlos Albizu in San Juan that provide services to students and teachers of the university. The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Carlos Crespo, COBIMET's Virtual Services Coordinator. Participants expressed that workshops and training activities like this one help them to improve the services they provide to users.
