On 26 October COBIMET and Gale-Cengage offered, in the Conference Room of the Mother Maria Teresa Guevara Library, a workshop on how to use the tools and functions within the Gale-Cengage interface to facilitate research work in their member institutions.
Ms. Lourdes Mena, trainer of Gale-Cengage, served; As a training resource. The trainer stressed in her presentation the importance of linking the information resources in the courses and how their content contributes to the research to be done.
The workshop was attended by librarians from the University of the Sacred Heart, Bayamón Central University, College of San Juan, Dewey University, American University and the Universidad Carlos Albizu.
