The College of San Juan was the venue for the workshop "Creating online surveys and exams with Google Forms", convened by the Consortium of Metropolitan Libraries (COBIMET) last June 8th. Thirteen professors and librarians from six higher education institutions used the tool to learn how to set up and edit questionnaires, create various types of questions, self-qualify, provide feedback, share and view results from The forms created.

One of the benefits that would be achieved as a result of the workshop, according to the participants ' testimony is: "Take better advantage of another Google application that is free and facilitates the process of creating and tabulating surveys, tests among others". The workshop met the expectations of the participants, who sent comments such as: "Very complete workshop. Excellent tool to complement teaching"and "Everything seemed perfect, the contents of the workshop very good and practical, the facilities very comfortable and accessible."
